— Welcome to this week’s Episode of AudioTrek … Afternoon Waves or… Nap-time at Apollo Beach in Canaveral National Seashore, FL
The Canaveral National Seashore is a 57,000-acre national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. Here we have one of the longest pristine stretches of coastline in the Country at 24 miles. Also, a bonus for us, the beaches here have the distinction of being some of the quietist in the Country. So, the sounds of waves crashing on the beach is, well, undisturbed.…
As a visitor it was an experience of 2 coastlines… one along the Atlantic with beautiful white beaches and waves, and the other, the Indian River, which is part of the Intercoastal Waterway. On the Indian River, you have calm waters with various small islands scattered within view. I choose Naptime as part of the title because… while filming on this beautiful afternoon… I really did fall asleep. So, when you’re ready for that mid afternoon nap… I got ya covered. Enjoy!
… Relax. Explore. Meditate. Sleep.
