— Welcome to this week’s Episode of AudioTrek … Frogtown Creek, located in Desoto Falls Park in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia.

While hiking up to Lower Desoto Falls, I passed by a great little creek… Frogtown Creek. Here the trees were thick, but I found a wide part of the creek that also happened to be in the Sun this time of day. On either side of the sunny area, there were small, maybe 6–18-inch drops where the water made that slight but relaxing sound as it fell onto the rocks.

As I was returning from the falls, I found this perfect spot to film.

After setting up the recorders, I found a bench back off the trail in the trees, and proceeded to lay back, close my eyes, and just relax to the sounds of water falling over the rocks. So, I invite you to find a warm, comfortable spot, lay back, close your eyes,, meditate, or just relax and enjoy!

… Relax. Explore. Meditate. Sleep.
