Jackson Square Lunchtime, New Orleans, LA

As I travelled across the Country earlier this year, I found myself sitting in Jackson Square at lunchtime surrounded by couples strolling, children playing, and even a few people napping.

In the French Quarter, Jackson Square was central to New Orleans history over the years and even declared a National Historic Landmark in 1960. On this Spring day, the park was filled with wandering tourists, couples enjoying lunch, a few people napping in the grass, and an elementary school class enjoying being outside.

So, if you find a mid-day, historic and scenic park experience relaxing, this is the podcast for you to transport yourself to the beautiful French Quarter in New Orleans… Relax… and Enjoy!  – Ken
